Eve Sussman provides individual therapy to adults of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and challenges related to complex family dynamics.

She also has extensive experience working with perfectionism and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Ms. Sussman takes an integrative approach to therapy. She incorporates techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.

She offers both in-person therapy and teletherapy sessions, with daytime and evening availability.

Eve is licensed in Washington, D.C., Virginia, and Massachusetts.

Before joining DC Talk Therapy, Ms. Sussman worked with adults in a variety of settings, including a national mental healthcare organization, community mental health services, and a therapeutic school.

A native of Connecticut, Ms. Sussman earned her master’s degree in social work from Smith College in Massachusetts. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Denison University in Ohio.

Eve Sussman has also completed specialized training in OCD through the Center for Anxiety and Behavior Therapy in Pennsylvania.
