Matt Sosnowsky provides individual therapy for young adults (20s and 30s). He works with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, as well as those who have experienced trauma. Mr. Sosnowsky has provided individual, couples, and family counseling at the Post Permanency Family Center in Washington, DC. Previously he provided therapy at the University of Pennsylvania counseling center.
Mr. Sosnowsky has a master’s degree in social work from the University of Pennsylvania, where he also received a master’s degree in applied positive psychology. He has a B.S. from Penn State University.
